Tommy Tiernan Mullingar Show Sold out but for anyone with tickets they are in for a great night’s entertainment. ‘Under The Influence’ is Tommy’s new show which is in the Mullingar Park Hotel on April 1st 2017. Tommy Tiernan Mullingar Show Sold out like many others on this tour. Describing the show Hot Press quotes “Painfully funny, intensely sharp and taking no prisoners, Tiernan is primed to tear things up in his new tour”.

Situated on the outskirts of Mullingar Mullingar Park Hotel is off exit 15 on the N4. 95 guest bedrooms with an award winning restaurant and Horseshoe Bar the hotel also has the Azure Leisure Club. This club has a 20 metre pool, a childrens pool, steam room, sauna and gym. There is also a Chinese restaurant ‘Mr. Wong’ onsite.

Tommy Tiernan is a comedian, actor, writer and presenter. Now a Galwegian Tommy Tiernan has lived in many parts of the world. Born in Donegal on 16 June 1969 Tommy would have lived in Zambia, London and Navan before finishing secondary school in Ballinasloe. While living in Navan Tommy would have attended secondary school with Hector O’hEochagain and Dylan Moran. As a result of attending St. Patrick’s Classical School Navan this school gave Tommy classic comedy material. It allowed for some of his best school days stories that feature throughout his shows. Married to Yvonne he has six children.

Career.

Never short of controversy Tommy Tiernan’s career has been colourful. From his first appearance on ‘The Late Late Show’ he has showed a consistency within his art. A sense of humour that is controversial but should only be treated as genius. My style is based on ”instinct” and denies ”there is any malice or meanness in it” claims Tiernan.

Appearing on many times The Late Late Show and The Late with David Letterman, 2008 hears Tommy on radio. Joining his good friend Hector on i102-104. Tommy also appeared on The Father Ted Show with Dermot Morgan(RIP) playing the character Father Kevin. Recently RTE have given him his own show ‘The Tommy Tiernan Show’. The beauty of the show is Tommy does not know who will appear on his show till they arrive on set, hence improv is classic Tiernan.

Mired in controversy over the years touching on subjects about disability, travellers, Holocaust, religion and sex Tiernan will always deliver a show that will keep you on the edge of your seat, aching with laughter as tears roll down your face.

Like him or loathe him Tommy Tiernan will go down in comedy history, not only in Ireland, as one of the greatest comedians of our generation.

Having released 9 stand up DVD’s, Tiernan performed his 200th show to 1000 people in Dublin’s Vicar Street in 2013.
